Väldigt bra men småsaker bör förbättras
Bra läge och prisvärt, trevlig personal/ägare, snyggt rum Skulle bo igen? Ja Men tyvärr en hel del negativa saker * lampor o fläkt i badrum går på sensor så vill du på toaletten på natten är det all belysning o fläkt som drar igång, även ac:ns lampa e så stark den lyser upp rummet på natten Mitt badrum dofta mögel tyvärr fast det e så nytt, sen bör du veta att det e många trappor utan hiss i denna byggnad så e du känslig är det fel boende för dig, städerskan fyllde ej på med kaffe eller ngt utan varje dag behövde du hämta det själv om du ville ha Personalen hjälpte med transfers o guidade Tourer på ett bra sätt :-)

Unfortunately, there is no lift in the building, but we are always happy to help with the luggage. As you mentioned, there is additional coffee and tea in the reception area and on each floor. Fantastisk service och ett extra tack till Zofia som jobbar i receptionen 🌷 Hotellet var väldigt nära allt, men upplevde ändå inte att det var högljutt eller "mitt i smeten". Vårat rum var lite mindre, men kändes lyxigt. Tack ❤

Helt fantastiskt!! Bra service, rent och fint rum, perfekt läge precis vid stora torget i gamla stan. Ett plus att det fanns Netflix. Vi kommer absolut åka tillbaka till detta hotell.

Simply amazing and great value for your money
We had a great stay at this wonderful residence. Beautiful old building with spacious and tastefully decorated rooms. The staff was amazing, sweet, accommodating and helpful. Perfectly situated hotel right in the smack middle of Krakow Old Town though quiet, you didn't hear anything from the bustling street below. Walking distance to everything, and only a ten minute stroll to the train- & busstation. I sencerly recommend this hotel

Mysigt, fräsch, modernt o bra läge!
Trevligt hotell med bara några rum. Alla rum är olika inredda. Vi hade Florens, tufft fräscht och moderna färger. Badrummet mycket bra, stor dusch och fräscht. Väldigt lugnt och även mörkläggningsgardiner. Kylskåp, vattenkokare samt tepåsar. Tvärgata till stora torget i Old Town. Fantastiska matställe på samma gata som hotellet, även nära till många andra bra. Gångavstånd till det mesta. Trevlig hjälpsam personal. Wi-fi hur bra som helst.

Helt perfekt läge närma till ALLT. Servicen 100% dom ordnade allt du önskade för att få en perfekt vistelse. Ingen frukost men vattenkokare. Glöm inte att ta med kaffe. Kylskåp på rummet så vi köpte mackor kvällen före, så vi behövde aldrig stressa till någon frukostmatsal. Bokning av utflykter och taxi till flygplatsen där chauffören kom och hämtade upp på avtalad tid vid hotellet. Underbart lägenhetshotell👍

Jättefint Hotel ”mitt i smeten”. Tyvärr ingen hiss och hotellet är beläget två våningar upp =fyra trappor. Heltäckningsmatta på golvet vilket kan kännas lite ofräscht med och utan skor. I övrigt kanonservice och lätt tillgänglig personal.

Så fint, trevlig personal, lätt att ta sig runt, allt fanns runtom i närheten och det viktigaste av allt var att sängen och kuddarna var underbara. Det enda som var lite dåligt var ingen hiss och att det var lite lyhört från gatan för att det var mycket liv.

Wow vilket hotell!
Skulle rekommendera hotellet alla dagar i veckan! Så mysigt och kändes litet och exklusivt. Rymliga rum där inga ljud från gatan hördes in. Stort fräscht badrum. Ligger perfekt, ca 200 m från Main Square och nära allt du behöver. Otroligt nöjd med hotellet!

Pobyt w tym hotelu był niesamowity - personel był niezwykle pomocny, a hotel utrzymany był w doskonałej czystości. Pokój był pięknie urządzony, a jego lokalizacja była idealna - blisko wszystkich głównych atrakcji miasta. Cieszyło mnie również, że mogłam cieszyć się ciszą i spokojem w komfortowym otoczeniu, a klimatyzacja zapewniła mi przyjemny wypoczynek po dniu pełnym zwiedzania.

This was a unique and well-kept property. Those at the registration desk went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The online description should include the fact that the only way to the rooms is up the stairs. There is no elevator.

The hotel was amazing but there was an issue with the wifi where it would say it was connected to our phones but in reality it wasn’t. When checking out all our data had been used even though it said we were connected to the wifi. Other than that the hotel and accommodation was amazing!!

Excellent all round. Rooms immaculate and lovely and clean. Toiletries provided which were a nice touch. Beds super soft. Well positioned for Old Town. Only downside was up on 2nd floor, four flights of stairs, hard work after a long day.

Great location, only two minutes walk from main square, although street noise can be an issue. Next door to Pizzatopia which is a big bonus. Breakfast is at a restaurant close by which has great options. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Would stay there again.

Loved our stay. Had a room facing the courtyard so everything was very quiet. The room was immaculate. The only downside was the stairs (there isn’t an elevator), but that’s not the hotel’s fault 😊 You will be close to literally everything, we were able to walk to Wawel, Kazimierz and multiple museums as well as the Vistula and all the restaurants.

Great Stay
Lovely room. Clean and modern. Stairs up to the room were a bit much, but nothing can be done about it. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We had a back room so was very quiet. Air conditioning was a blessing as temps hit 30°+ during our stay.

Great hotel with really friendly service. It may not be possible for taxis to pull up outside and hotel is on the 2nd floor of the building (no lifts). Rooms are well appointed.
