About this space
This beautiful 4 person villa is very centrally located in Kralendijk, you walk from the house to the boulevard and to the sea. At the holiday park itself there is a wonderful swimming pool and at the villa there is a spacious garden. Here you can relax a beautifull holiday!

The space
Located in Kralendijk, the walled resort Courtyard Village is within walking distance of the boulevard, sea, and downtown with shops and restaurants. Villa 5 green is located on the resort and is a 105m2 villa with a large garden. The house has a spacious living room with kitchen equipped with fridge, an induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The house has 2 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with a shower and toilet. The house has a spacious porch where you can sit quietly, and in the garden, there is also a nice hammock. Also you can BBQ in the garden. Behind the house there is the possibility to rinse diving/snorkeling gear and an outdoor shower. The car can be parked in the parking lot near the house on your own property.

There are multiple ceiling fans for the necessary cooling. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. There are both 220 Volt and 110 Volt connections in the house; bringing travel plugs are not necessary!

At the resort is a beautiful magna pool and a children's pool that all guests can use.

DiveFactory diving school is also available in the park where guests can rent their diving equipment and bottles at a discount, also taking a diving course is one of the possibilities.
Guest access
The villa consisting of a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and en suite bathrooms is at your disposal as is the spacious garden.

Other things to note
Upon arrival, the beds are made and (bath)towels are provided. You can possibly wash through reception in between. Final cleaning is required. If it is desirable that extra cleaning is done in between, this can be arranged through the reception. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning products are available in the house.

In the house there is a baby cot and high chair available. Please specify when booking if you would like to make use of this.


Both the check-in and check-out time of the house is at 5pm. This can be adjusted in consultation.

For larger groups, the adjacent villa (villa 5 yellow) is also available for rent.

It is important to note that villa 5 green is a non-smoking house, it is not allowed to smoke in the house, and no pets are allowed in the park.
