Beautiful house, beautiful setting
This is our third time at Dushi Lugar and it did not disappoint. Road construction and storm damage detract from the experience but it truly is a beautiful place to stay.

Pure Relaxation
The house is extremely spacious and clean. The bedrooms have nice air conditioners, large bathrooms and plenty of storage space. The main living area had that amazing ocean breeze throughout the house. The back patio and deck was where we spent 99% of our time. We relaxed, sunbathed and snorkeled right off the dock. The abundance of marine life is incredible. We swam with a spotted eagle ray, turtle, octopus and a wide variety of tropical fish. Nicole and Martin were extremely helpful and answered any of our questions immediately. We highly recommend this home!

Dushi Lugar
Martin and Nicole were great host! Communication with the host was very prompt. The house was very clean and had the most amazing breezes blowing through out the house! Incredible views from both floors. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We did leave a set of plastic glasses for little ones as ours dropped a few small glasses which we also replaced. Enjoyed the swimming pool and snorkeling right off the deck. The only negative is the deck needs some repairs. But it didn’t interfere with our stay in the least. Hope to visit this home again in the future😊

Beautiful house on the ocean
The house was exactly like it appeared in the pictures. Clean open and beautiful. It had plenty of towels to use at the water and for diving. The kitchen was stocked with enough for our needs. I loved all the lounge chairs out on the deck. And it’s always great to have a pool to come back to after diving. The area to wash our scuba gear was perfect.

Perfect Place for a Stay in Paradise
We just returned from a week’s stay at Villa Dushi Lugar and absolutely loved it! With the exception of some storm damage to the deck, the house looked exactly as it did in the photos. The view was amazing and we could sit on the deck and watch the sunset. It was so convenient to walk across the street and have a great dinner at Paradise Pizza. Nicole was an excellent property manager and responded to any inquiries quickly. She also shopped for us and had the items put away by the time we got to the villa. We will definitely stay here again for future trips!

Dushi Lugar - Paradise Found
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dushi Lugar. The ocean front location made for beautiful views and we enjoyed eating our meals and playing cards on the patio. The house is conveniently located to kite surfing, which is why we chose it since our boys took a week of kite surfing lessons. It’s also a perfect location for diving at the southern dive sites and renting gear from Dive Friends which is right down the street. We ate at the pizza place across the street and Avocados right up the street, both were tasty, laid back, and walkable. If we could make one suggestion, it would be to add a tv in the family room. TVs are in all bedrooms, but not the family room. We would have liked to watch some football games together. That was a minor item and we’d highly recommend this house.

Great Location
Overall, I really liked this villa. The kitchen is well-equipped, the house was clean, the beds were comfy. The communication with the host was always very prompt however, it was sometimes lacking information or a little confusing - a bit of back and forth to understand some things on my end. Delightful people though! Two things to be aware of...1. the entire house is smooth concrete and it gets VERY slippery and 2. the mosquitos were TERRIBLE and there's no AC in the lower level and no screen in the main door to back of the house. This of course is no reflection of the hosts or house. If you book this property, you will be pleased. =)

Best Vacation Rental
We have stayed at many vacation rentals all over the world and a few different ones in Bonaire. This property is perfectly located for southern diving, Sorobon beach, or the quick trip into town. The house is beautiful with a great soaking pool. Giant strides off the deck! Dive Ches Heinz multiple times right behind the house. House had plenty of space, huge back covered deck. We ate all meals outside. Rooms are all suites with king beds and great big bathrooms. Aircon. worked great. We shut it off during the day and as long as the doors remained closed stayed cold all day. We will absolutely stay here again. Hosts were responsive to needs but we really never had to contact them once in the place.

Exceeded Expectations
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Dushi Lugar. The house was spacious, well equipped and overlooked the gorgeous Bonaire waters. The outdoor accommodations were wonderful for enjoying time by the pool, or taking a trip down the ladder to snorkel the waters right off the property. There are plenty of fish to see right out your back door. The outdoor shower, rinse tub and closet were great for cleaning up and organizing gear after time exploring the dive/snorkel sites of Bonaire. The bedrooms were very comfortable with great closet space and nice air conditioning units to use as needed. We didn't have use of the advertised garage, but were able to secure our rental vehicle in the driveway and close the outdoor gate for privacy. Owners were very responsive to any questions or issues we encountered during our stay. We frequented the pizza place and outdoor bar across the street a few times during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

The house is perfect! It has a fantastic reef just in front so to dive is really easy. The house is like in the photos so that's great The area is safe and quiet and there are one dive friends really close. We will come back!

Best stay yet.
My husband and I have visited Bonaire three times and stayed in different VRBO, this one by far is our favorite. The location, cleanliness of the grounds, and gracious nature of the the hosts, made this my favorite place to stay on Bonaire. We are already planning our next trip and will be staying at Dushi Lungar again. Thank you

Loved this property
This is our third house that we’ve rented in Bonaire and it did not disappoint. It’s on the water with a ladder into the ocean. All 3 bedrooms are master bedrooms with King size beds and en suite bathrooms which included 2 sinks, a toilet and a shower. Each room also has two closets with a one safe. The kitchen was fully equipped and there are two grills, one propane, the other charcoal, which was nice. The entire house is gated which made us fill secure. We dove and snorkeled right off the back of the house (Chez Hines is the dive site) and it was great. Nicole responded immediately when I emailed her.

Dush Lugar - BON-Tastic!
First of all, our host Nicole (Bonaire Oceanview Rentals) was amazing. Very kind and welcoming. Started our trip off in the most pleasing manor. There were refreshments and snacks in the fridge! The property was stunningly beautiful. The ONLY thing that prevents a true 5 star is its proximity to the sea, and the wear and tear of nature in that environment. The accommodations were perfect, each room was large and spacious and air conditioned. The place was set up to accommodate diving. I mean everything you need to store and maintain your equipment was there. Security was awesome! The house is designed to have the sea breeze blow through all day, but the doors had a great double locking mechanism, so you always felt secured. It was beautifully lit at night too, to not only provide for safety, but to showcase the pristinely manicured grounds and structural design. Beds were comfortable and honestly, I cannot say that we lacked or wished for anything while on our stay. It was beautiful via photos, but even more stunning in its functionality while on site. Ocean front living at its finest.

Tropical Paradise
The location right on the water is magical! The views to the oceans are superb, and the scuba diving right off the deck couldn't be more convenient. The home itself is perfect and especially nice for 2 adult couples. Both of the upstairs bedrooms are essentially "masters".

Excellent!
Wow! 4 of us adults, stayed at this Villa January 18th-25th. This villa is exactly how it is described. It is a Beautiful, VERY clean, large villa. Each of the 3 bedrooms are large with tons of closet space, air condition and ceiling fans. We barley used the air condition when we slept, as we liked to sleep with the balcony french doors open, with only the screen doors closed. Beds were super comfortable and bedding was very clean. Huge walk in showers with dual heads. Kitchen has everything that you need. The ladder from the deck is about 18ft down to the water. At the bottom of the ladder, you can touch ground, so this is good to put your snorkel fins on. Otherwise, once away from the immediate ladder the depth is 9ft and then gets deeper as you keep going out. Perfect for snorkeling..which we did a lot of. Water is crystal clear blue and we spent a lot of time in the water swimming and snorkeling. Villa has an outside shower, with temperature control. I really enjoyed this feature to rinse the salt out of my hair and off of me, between our times in the water. Martin and Nicole are very attentive if you need anything at all. They truly care about your experience, and they take Great care of this property. Wifi works great at the villa. Not sure if our neighbors owned or rented, but they were very quiet and we hardly ever seen them. I went southbound on daily morning walks and it was so safe. During my walks, I loved stopping at the nearby dive sites to look at the water. Neighborhood was very safe. I would Highly recommend this property to anyone and I'm so glad we had chosen this Villa and would recommend it to anyone!

Excellent Home in Paradise
We will defiantly return! Great home in an excellent location. We were within minutes of town with great dining and 8 minutes to kite beach. The home was very clean and neat. We were welcomed by Nicole who was wonderful. Her attention to detail was perfect! We would absolutely recommend this home.

Perfect House for Relaxation
From checkin through checkout, everything was perfect at Dushi Lugar. Great view, comfortable beds, nice breezes, and easy access to town. The house is nicely situated with a view of Klein Bonaire, Kralendijk, and the north end of the island. Best of all was the great view of the sea and sunsets. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The bedroom layout for the two sea facing rooms allowed you to wake up to the great views mentioned above. The layout downstairs enabled the nice breezes to flow through the house when the slide patio doors were open. We enjoyed dinner on the porch a few night but definitely enjoyed sitting on the porch every morning and evening. The location is only a few minutes drive from town but even better is that there are many great dive sites within minutes of the house. We even did a dive on the reef in front of the house. As icing on the cake, Nicole and Martin met us at the house for check in with a nice spread of snacks and some starter supplies in the fridge. We definitely recommend Dushi Lugar for a nice and relaxing stay in Bonaire.

Amazing water view
I stayed in November for a week at Villa Dushi Lugar. The outside space was truly amazing with sunset views and easy access to the Ocean. The inside of the home was well taken care of and everything worked to perfection. I can't wait to go again.

Outstanding Stay at Dushi Lugar!
Four of us rented Dushi Lugar the first week of August 2019. We could not have been happier with our experience. The villa is as advertised and pictured online. Communication with the property managers was excellent and timely on all occasions. It was a wonderful location for us. We are all divers and the reef right in front of the house is excellent. If looking at a dive map of Bonaire, it is the Chez Hines reef. Access to the water was easy via the ladder off of the deck. The ladder is steep/vertical, but not a problem for any of us. All 3 bedrooms were well appointed. Beds were comfortable, pillows as well. The Air Conditioning in the bedrooms worked flawlessly. There is a nice outdoor shower and rinse tanks for dive gear and dive gear storage. The kitchen is well equipped and met our needs. There were only 2 things that stood out as needing attention, but for us they were minor. The freezer makes ice, but the external thing thing that you press your glass against for the ice to extract and fall into the glass doesn't work and you have to open the freezer and then open the tray where the ice resides and reach in and pull the ice out by hand. This wasn't that easy and we were concerned that we might break something. Only other thing was that all 3 bedrooms had safes for locking up valuables, but only 1 of them is accessible and usable. So, we all had to coordinate with and around the person residing in that room in order to store and retrieve our laptops, cell phones, cash/credit cards, etc. It was an inconvenience, but we worked around it each day.

Bonaire is great.
Location is great just a few minutes from downtown. No issues at all. If you like diving there's a dive center just a few meters down the road. Five min from the airport. I think most people will really like this place. I can recommended it.

Our favorite house on the island!
This was our second stay at this amazing house. The deck over the water is a great feature. You can climb down the ladder for an easy entry to the water or just jump out for a big splash! (Feet First Recommended). We've spent days just diving the reef behind the house and always have a new experience. Martin is a great host and always makes sure we have what we need. The house is well furnished & clean. Waking up in the cozy bed with this view is like a dream.

Nicole and Martin could not have been nicer to our family. We arrived to hors d’ oeuvres and cocktails. Awesome touch after long day of travel. They went through the house with us which is saved us time second guessing all the specifics to the house. They also provided great advice about local attractions and specific parts of the island we would be interested. We did have a small issue with the dishwasher and Martin arrived quickly and took care of the problem. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dushi Lugar. Nicole and Martin are awesome!!!!

Beautiful home right on the ocean. The ladder to the ocean let's go snorkel and dive right from the house. The real estate agent was very responsive to our questions and needs. We would stay here again.

The perfect getaway!
We've stayed in a few beach houses here in Bonaire but this was one of our favorites. Martin was a great host. We had fresh tanks delivered every night. We did most of our dives from the back porch. Easy access with a ladder and deep water so you're not fighting the waves so much. We had a blast just jumping off the deck for a swim. I cant wait to come back.
