October 22, 2021 Friday, i had booked a 1 night stay on your hotel named Wyndham Stralsund Hansedom.
My booking was made in hotels.com.
I tried my best to keep it as a suprise for my husband for his birthday present and he is very happy when I told him that i had made a reservation on your hotel. Íve been in the hotel 3rd times with my husband but my husband has been there many more time with one of his college .
We had enjoyed very much and satisfied and perfectly 100% smooth with staff from the reception, dining area and down to the swimming area connected to the hotel. Everything was perfect.
But in this trip It started with the boat was nearly delayed 3 hrs.
Not your fault.
So when we arrived to the hotel we looking forward for good bath, good food and relax as well the staff Communication.
The time we arrived my husband said ”what had happened to the hotel?
The gate was not secure the parking area is open ?
The glas over the entrance area is dirty. He said wow it looks like pandemic hurt the hotel much it did not look like it done before.”
When we got in into the hotel, we saw 2 customer get the bath towel and get in to the bath place.
When we are there in the reception area, there was 2 staff, one boy with his hair set up like on a top of his head with short hair and one is the shorter man(same as my husband talked later to).
