The 96 m² large house has a living room with a woodstove, a comfortable sofa and a dining area. The bedrooms with two extra-wide beds accommodates 4 people. Additional amenities include a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, as well as a guest toilet. The large fitted kitchen is excellently equipped and offers all amenities for a pleasant stay, including a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a coffee machine, a kettle and a mixer. Additional amenities include satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The child-friendly accommodation also features a baby cot, crib and a highchair, as well as toys and children's books. On the private roofed terrace you can recharge on the comfortable garden furniture. A charcoal grill is also at your disposal for the preparation of fresh meals. In the shared garden there is a children's playground with swings, a sandbox and a slide, where the little ones will have a lot of fun. This is located right next to the terrace, so you can always keep an eye on your children. The outdoor enclosure with rabbits is an absolute highlight for every child. Kressbronn is the ideal starting point for wonderful excursions with the family at Lake Constance. You can hike on the farm path, swim at the natural beach of Kressbronn or walk along the shore of Lake Constance to Nonnenhorn. There are also numerous cycling routes in the surrounding area. In Retterschen, only 160 m from the vacation home (a 2-minute walk), there is an organic food market. More supermarkets can be found in Kressbronn (5 km or 5 minutes by car). There are also many restaurants and cafés, where you can enjoy the local cuisine. The shore of Lake Constance can be reached after a 15-minute walk (1.3 km).

Parking spaces and a bicycle shed are available on the property. Bed linen is included in the price. Towels cannot be provided and need to be brought by the guest.
