Just outside the old town and only a few minutes’ walk from the harbor, you’ll find the 35 m² holiday apartment “Room with Kitchenette Kletterrose” in the attic of a beautiful Art Nouveau villa.



The inviting apartment features a combined living/sleeping area with king-size bed, a small kitchenette with stove, oven, coffee maker, and fridge/freezer, as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet, accommodating 2 guests.



Amenities include cable TV and Wi-Fi on request.



A washing machine is available on request for an extra fee.



A shared balcony offers a lovely view of the garden. The fenced, flower-filled garden and outdoor area are available to all guests. Enjoy sun or shade on warm days—everyone will find their favorite spot here, and a grill is also provided.



Pets are welcome at no extra charge.



A private lot with several parking spaces is just a few meters from the property. You’ll receive a parking permit from your host, guaranteeing you a parking spot. Parking for loading and unloading is available directly in front of the house. There’s a secure bike storage area in the basement.
