This cozy ground-floor apartment is located in a multi-family building on Silberleiten and boasts a perfect location near the ski lift and cross-country trail. From here, you can walk to the Hochkrimml winter sports area and thus to the entrance to the Zillertal Arena. On your way back to the vacation apartment after a long day of skiing, you’ll pass cozy ski huts and wonderful mountain restaurants, arriving almost right at your own front door.
The tiled stove in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere and provides the warmth needed during the cold winter months to bring the day to a comfortable close after a long run down the slopes.
If you enjoy cooking, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen here where you can easily prepare more than just snacks for in between meals.
In the summer, Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain tours, and mountain bike rides. You can also tackle excellent routes on mountain passes on a road bike.
If you appreciate peaceful surroundings, Hochkrimml is the perfect place for you during the summer season.
The Durlassboden Reservoir offers opportunities for swimming, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, kayaking, and pedal boating. Fishing is also possible at the Durlassboden Reservoir.
Adrenaline junkies should set aside plenty of time to fully enjoy nearby activities such as the Mega Flying Fox, the Mega Swing, whitewater tubing, or the high ropes course.
