"Very nice and modern hotel, it seams like a part of chain of hotels, medium priced and good value. Clean and comfortable. Good location. Vending machines and a surprisingly good bar. We never tried the restaurant but were very happy to see their offers for kids. Probably great for families. What I’ll remember most though is the staff. Super efficient and extremely accommodating and helpful. Thank you!"

"Vid dagliga städningen byttes endast handdukar ut och sängen bäddades. Hade föredragit ett hållbarare alt som att t ex behålla handduken under hela min vistelse för att spara på miljön, men att få rummet dammsugat, spec toalettgolv. 2 av 4 nätter tog det ca 5min för att få varmt vatten i duschen. Hade otur med att få rum som vätte ut mot "de hemösas"gata, så det var väldigt stökigt och högljutt på kvällar/nätter med skrik och bråk, kändes otryggt att gå utanför hotellet på kvällen. "

"Should give more information about how high up on a hill it is. While it does have a nice view of the city I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone who has problems walking. I didn’t want cleaning the first days but that resulted in the staff totally overlooking my room the days I did request cleaning. When they were cleaning it was not done properly. Not impressed. Also, I needed help with the luggage from third floor, where my room was, as the elevator only goes to second floor. No one showed up so I had to do it myself, which isn’t good when you have problems with your shoulder. "

"Just across the street from another great hotel I visited three years ago. The Metropole hotel. I came with the bus from Dublin airport and when the bus stops at the end station it’s just a 3 minute walk to Isaacs Hotel. Hotel were quiet and a chill atmosphere. The staff very supportive and generous. "

"I stayed for one night only, during a business trip. I booked a room with a double bed, but was given a room with two single beds put together. I requested to change, explaining that I have a bad back, but was told that there were no rooms of that type available, and was told they can’t do much for me, when the correct thing to do is to offer an upgrade where there is a double bed. It’s absurd to have to sleep with two beds splitting up underneath one’s back when one books a room with a king/queen bed. I also requested to check out an hour later so I could go to the gym, given that my flight was late afternoon. I was abruptly told that they do not allow any late checkouts, despite the statement on the website of the hotel that informs guests that they always try to accommodate late checkouts, and guests should ask. I travel roughly 150 days a year for work and can say that the service at the Dean Cork is rude, unfriendly, abrasive and just overall lousy. Bed was cracking and springs could be felt. Cracks on tiles and walls and doors in the room. The Dean Cork is all “style” but no substance. "
