Heimathaven - New first floor apartment (70sqm) with terrace for 4 persons centrally located

The new, beautifully furnished ground-floor apartment “Heimathaven” (completed in June 2020) is located near the Greetsiel Twin Mills and is just a 5-minute walk from the town center.

The apartment features 2 bedrooms, a living area with a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and electric towel warmer. The tiled, ground-level bathroom has a window and is equipped with a hair dryer. The open-concept living area with integrated kitchen, the hallway, and both bedrooms feature vinyl flooring with a wood-plank look. Pleated blinds are installed in the living area.

Each bedroom features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. They are equipped with electric blinds, pleated blinds, and curtains.

In the cozy living area, you’ll find a Friesen sofa with an armchair, a dresser, and a flat-screen TV, as well as a dining table with four modern chairs. The high-quality kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, stovetop, oven, refrigerator (without a freezer compartment), and a dishwasher for your stay.

A washer-dryer, an ironing board, and an iron are at your disposal.

The apartment also has window screens.

The patio is furnished with a table and four chairs.

The storage shed directly in front of the apartment offers space for your bicycles. A parking space is available in front of the apartment complex.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodations are rented for a minimum of five nights with no fixed check-in day.
