Welcome to the brand-new (completion March 2025) and luxurious wellness retreat “Wind in den Bäumen,” located in the picturesque countryside of Eilsum, not far from Greetsiel. This charming vacation home is the perfect retreat for families and couples who want to combine nature, wellness, and comfort. With a spacious area of 100 m², the two-story home offers plenty of room for up to four people.

This cozy accommodation features an open-concept layout highlighted by an open kitchen that flows into the living room. Here, you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy cozy evenings at the round dining table with a view of the tidal flats. The fully equipped kitchen features modern amenities, including an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

In addition to a sofa area with a comfortable sofa, the living area also features a large TV for relaxing movie nights. The large windows not only create a bright, welcoming atmosphere but also offer an exceptionally beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. The same is true of the two bedrooms upstairs, which are equipped with cozy double beds (separate mattresses), electric shutters, and built-in closets—making them ideal for a restful night’s sleep.

The vacation home features two bathrooms, both equipped with walk-in showers. The wellness bathroom on the first floor also features a bathtub and a large sauna—perfect for relaxing after an eventful day. The shower room upstairs, with its large skylight, offers ample space with a toilet, sink, shower, and hair dryer.

Garden furniture is available on the large terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The garden also features a lawn for sunbathing and a private dock with a boat slip and a great seating area—ideal for boat enthusiasts and exploring the water. In front of the house, facing south, you’ll also find a small beach chair, perfect for soaking up the sun in the ideal spot.

In front of the house, there are two parking spaces and a large garden shed with an electrical outlet for the bicycles you bring along.

Pets and smoking are not permitted inside the house. The house is mostly tiled; the bedrooms feature high-quality vinyl flooring. The main windows are equipped with fly screens and pleated blinds.

Free Wi-Fi is available. We cannot guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed.

Note: The property is located directly on the Siel. It is not fenced, and access to the water is not secured. (Young) children should not go into the garden unsupervised. Children, in particular, should be able to swim safely. We assume no liability for personal injury.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodations are rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-in day.

The neighboring house is “Lieblingsplatz am Siel,” or the accommodations “Kleine Auszeit 23,” “Sieltied,” “TiefBlick,” and “Zweite Heimat” on the other side, should you need more space.

The location is perfect for exploring the charming town of Greetsiel, which delights visitors with its historic buildings, picturesque windmills, and lovely canals. Enjoy walks along the river or in the surrounding nature reserve. The quiet neighborhood ensures that you can enjoy the restful tranquility of nature, while numerous recreational activities await nearby.
