Serviceinriktade
Rent, fint hotell och helt okej frukost. Kaffet var däremot mer likt te med kaffesmak så det var bättre att avstå. Ligger lite i utkanten av Ksamil men det är gångavstånd till det mesta ändå. Väldigt hjälpsam personal på hotellet som hjälpte till med att fixa taxi och frukost åt oss utanför normal frukosttid.

Tip top Hotel !!
Ett Hotel i top klass. Väldigt fint, rent, bra mat, fin och behaglig uteplats där man kunde sitta och äta eller sitta på kvällen och bara se ut över havet. Havsutsikt och fina rum med balkong. Värdeskåp och kylskåp. Stranden nedanför är helt magisk med super god mat på restaurangen där. För övrigt är det inte mycket att göra i området runt i Ksamil där vi var men sola och bada några dagar var toppen .

Toppen hotell och tip top Beach
Första gången i Albanien och visste ingenting om Ksamil , vi hade sån tur som bokade på Luxury Hotel med den underbara stranden precis nedanför hotellet . Hotellet var verkligen tio top på alla sätt. Maten , renlighet, härlig uteplats. Bar, restaurang, balkong på rummet, jättefräsch rum och dusch. Restaurangen vid stranden var verkligen toppen !!! Sen fanns det inte mycket att se och göra runtom men det kommer säkert med åren . Inget ställe för natt liv men några dagar var perfekt 🏖☀️😊

Very clean, freindly helpful staff and good breakfast. It is a 10-15 min walk from the main center but I found that beneficial as it was away from the night life noise

Simplesmente incrível. Hotel super bem localizado, limpeza impecável, café da manhã ótimo. O ponto de destaque é o atendimento, excelente. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e solícitos. Caso volte a Ksamil voltarei a ficar neste hotel com certeza.

Immer wieder gern
Es war wundervoll! Ich habe noch nie so ein sauberes Hotel erlebt! Die Putzkräfte kamen jeden Tag und haben sogar das Hotel vo außen gereinigt. Der Service war super freundlich und zuvorkommend! Ich kann auch das Restaurant empfehlen für den nicht überteuerte Preis gibt es sehr gutes Essen. Alle waren sehr freundlich! Wir haben den Privatstrand nicht gesehen,da er doch zu Fuß weit entfernt war, aber Lori Beach direkt vor dem Hotel ist auch empfehlenswert! Super schönes Wasser und 2 liege mit Schirm kosten da auch nur 1000Lek (ca.9.50 Euro).

Nice clean hotel
It is a nice clean hotel. Their free beach with amenities is not in walking distance but there are several beaches right next to the hotel . Huge buffet breakfast Walking distance to many restaurants for dinner

Lovely hotel and very friendly staff
Great hotel, very comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. An easy walk into town and beaches with loads of restaurants and bars. Private beach is a 5 minute drive away but there are plenty of others within walking distance of the hotel with sunbeds available for around 1000 lek per day.

Private beach far away but amazing
Information about hotel on booking site was incredibly deceiving. I booked this hotel which was considerably more expensive than other options because it stated private beach. One would expect the private each to be close to the hotel but it was not…. The site should mention that! If you want to go to the private beach you need a car or pay €10 round trip taxi because the beach is a bit far! I also booked a room with partial sea view and when this site sent the information to the hotel they did not reserve what I booked. Hotels.com is very shabby in that manner. The hotel itself was amazing, the staff was very helpful, room was great! The private beach was also simply amazing and the beach staff was fabulous. Deliver your cocktails to you on your beach chair, my idea of a great beach vacation

Good value for money
Hotel was nice and modern. Good range of breakfast and dinner prices are reasonable. Room was big and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel has a private beach which is 7-10mins drive depending on traffic. Nearby beaches are too crowded with loud blaring music from neighbouring hotels/restaurants - not relaxing at all.

Great bang for the buck, loved it
Squeaky clean, like new. The rooms were very well maintained. The outdoor eating area is a real charm for breakfast with a fantastic breakfast (included). The service was fantastic at the desk, both evenings and mornings, and the servers were super attentive while we were having breakfast. Top notch experience, tremendous bang for the book. Also, walking distance to some of the main beach areas.

Perfect and best stay in Albania
Everything was perfect. We stayed during a weekend in August and we couldn’t have chosen better hotel. First of all, rooms are modern, clean and nice. They had everything we needed. Secondly, the people working in there hotel are the most welcoming ever. I sleep in hotels almost 100 nights a year I can tell I’ve never seen better service before. The employees at the lobby were nice and very very helpful with everything. They tried helped us in everything we needed. The food at the restaurant was one of the nicest we had in our trip to Albania. Overall, our stay was 10 out of 10. We will repeat again if we ever go again. All hotels should have staff like in this hotel.
