“The only positive part of this hotel was the staff. Every employee was extremely kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was a huge disappointment. The property was under heavy construction, but this was never properly communicated before booking. Entire areas were being remodeled, including the lobby, hallways, and the floor above our room. The building layout became a complete maze due to temporary detours, and even other guests were constantly...

“Everything is more and less closed after 9 in the evening and the service level is poor for being a luxury resort. If service was on same level as the resort it sealf it would have been more than excellent. Moreover, they had No guards on bech or pool and food was of low level. We did however have a great vecation on this wounded full iland of Kaua’i.”

“We had a wonderful vacation, the room was big, the beds were comfortable, the view was incredible. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The food in the restaurant and bar was delicious.”

“Property is a great place and location, unfortunately they made changes that now include a per day parking charge, which was not published at the time the reservation was made. The parking is not anything spectacular as it is and we have stayed here many times before with no charges for this and really no improvements were noted at this time. Maybe this is not a great deal to many people but when you buy a package with everything paid up front, I expect no surprise charges like this. Shame on...
