Hotell nära Kumamoto jordbrukspark

“The R9 hotel was nice that we could park so close to our room! The only drawback is when it is raining the water comes off in front and when trying to enter the code to the room we get all wet from the runoff. Besides that, it was great.”

“This is the best hotel I’ve been to so far.”

“Rooms were wonderful and the staff was so attentive and friendly. Great location so close to Sakuramachi, the shopping arcade, and the Kumamoto Castle and right across the street from the tram station. Laundry machines were always clean and you can check the status on the TV without leaving your room which was so nice.”

“During my stay, I discovered a small bug crawling on the pillow that appeared to be a bed bug. This was quite concerning and made me uncomfortable about the cleanness of the room. I immediately reported the issue to the hotel staff, and they promptly arranged another room which I appreciated. In addition, the room had an unpleasant, musty smell.”
