"The facilities were great, the free ice cream, the matcha latte. The staff are so attentive and kind, even with my rusty, broken Japanese they were very patient. And when I didn't understand they either used English or took out a translation app when their English couldn't quite bridge the gap. The onsen is large and the pools are so nice, as well as the sauna... Which had a TV (something which i never thought I'd see). Honestly though, I could do without a TV in my sauna. Sauna is for quiet."

"Fantastiskt fint och rymligt rum. Skön luftkonditionering. Mysig belysning. Uppskattad service att man gick låna paraply. En brandstation ligger precis utanför så visst ljud därifrån får man räkna med."
