Exklusiva havet duplex nära till akvariet och piren

Njuta av lyxen av detta havet duplex i Kure Beach. Varje sida har fyra sovrum, tre fulla bad och en halv bad. Detta är perfekt för en familj på åtta. Med cirka 2100 kvadratmeter utrymme kommer din familj att ha gott om utrymme att sträcka ut och koppla av. Om den här sidan inte är tillgänglig är den andra sidan nästan identisk. Behöver mer utrymme? Hyr angränsande Burpeau Unit A, enhet K023, för större grupper!

På bottenvåningen hittar du två sovrum, ett badrum och tvättstuga. Den första våningen är hem till vardagsrummet, vackra kök utrustat med rostfria vitvaror och bänkskivor i granit, och en halv badrum. På andra våningen finns ytterligare två sovrum, var och en med sin egen privata badrum.

Family vacation at Kure

The house is spacious and beautiful, however there were two issues during our stay. The internet went out, due by coroded wires, and the AC stopped working, due to a clogged drain line. Both issues were caused by lack of upkeep and required us to pause our vacation to place work orders and assist technicians. Other than those issues, we really enjoyed our time at such a conveniently located home.

Kure Beach Rental

The owners have thought of absolutely everything anyone can need for a stay at the house. Such a well equipped kitchen; comfy beds and an amazing view. Just steps from the boardwalk and ocean. We loved it and will come back!

Best place we have stayed yet!

Location was PERFECT! We walked everywhere....the beach, the pier, breakfast, coffee, dinner, the arcade. The porches have great ocean views. The house was great and had plenty of room. Great size kitchen, even though I didn't do any cooking on this trip. It was great to have 2 full sized couches for all of us to be able to sit. We will be staying here again!

Perfect location and layout

Our family of 5 stayed in this unit and our extended family stayed in the adjoining unit and it was perfect because each family had their own space and privacy but then super easy to get together. Location was awesome with an unobstructed view of the ocean, a great walking path, and just a few feet from pier and an adorable farmers market. Clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed.

Not satisfied, do not recommend

The location was the only great thing about this stay. The biggest problem was roaches. An absolute dealbreaker in my book. I’m from the south, and I don’t need people to tell me that a water bug or a palmetto bug is not a roach. It is. It’s the largest American cockroach that exists. I could not enjoy the outside patios because of the roaches. I contacted the real estate company and requested that they treat the property. My daughter and her fiancé had a cockroach crawl across them in the middle of the night while sleeping even in the upstairs bedroom. I believe that all of the junk stashed where the hot water heater is downstairs as part of the problem. There’s also random photos, outdoor pillows, and a few old stained quilts in closets. The other issue I have is that there are not any extra pillows for sleeping. Not everyone sleeps with one pillow so having extra pillows would’ve been certainly nice. Furthermore, they were no blankets. Most places have extra blankets for sitting on the counter sitting outside on the porch. None of that was there. If it were my property, I would update the artwork, because there’s no style, and most of it looks like it came from a goodwill, and I would update the furniture. The queen beds are old and they’re not comfortable. Nice visit, but these things disturb me. overall disappointed, not impressed, considering what I paid to stay here. Other places, offer, beach towels, beach, chairs, a cooler, boogie boards comfy beds.

A prefect stay

This beach rental was excellent for so many reasons. First steps away from the beach, clean and well stocked with household goods. Appropriate bedding, furniture, and accommodation. Great walking opportunities for food, events, and restaurants. Excellent experience and will definitely visit again soon! I have recommended this getaway to family, and friends.

Cool Presidents Day Weekend Retreat

Great location - 1 block over from downtown restaurants and a bar. Nice walking area around the pier. Plenty of room for 8-9 folks. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Very clean. Well stocked with utensils and cookware. Could use more seating areas in the large living room. Worked well for our family!

Thanksgiving at the Beach

Three generations (and pups) spent Thanksgiving all in on place. The property manager was nothing but thorough and polite, made things so easy (and left us a special pan for the Turkey). It’s the little things. The spot was perfect. Great views. Great location. A PERFECT trip.

Lovely location!

Beautiful house across the street from the beach, and lovely views. The house is well appointed and very clean. Only downside is you’re far away from good restaurants- 30 minute drive to Wilmington.

209 Atlantic Ave. Unit B Kure Beach

Location can’t be beat. Views from balconies are stunning, but little privacy because it’s a duplex & very close to next-door condo unit (windows). Rocking chairs on both levels were a plus. Within easy walking distance to good food, pier & beach. Beach acces is excellent. Inside of unit was clean & spacious.

Great Beach House at Kure Beach

Very clean and perfect location to Kure Beach Pier and restaurants. Kitchen appliances were adequate but if baking is on the menu, you might want to bring your own bakeware and hot pads (No pyrex or any casserole dishes to be found). All in all, very nice and would recommend.

House needs some maintenance

We had a great time at this property. The location was great. The house was roomy. We are sorry for not placing the garbage out at the street. We left Sunday due to some need to get back to Wake Forest...work issues.We loved being able to go directly to the house with no need to pick up keys. We would definitely look at Bryant properties again for our next beach stay. While we where basically on the beach, i’d Like our next stay to have direct beach access. We did notice a strong sulphur smell in the water. The odor seemed stronger with the the hot water. We used for just bathing. I only gave 3 stars for cleanliness due to the need for interior interior paint. Otherwise the property was very clean. The towel bar in the main bedroom upstairs did fall off. I did not have the correct tools to fix it properly. It is on the wall and can fall off again. I gave 4 stars for accuracy of listing only because when I spoke to An Bryant agent and asked if dogs are allowed on the beach I was told yes, but only certain hours. That is for Carolina Beach. Kure Beach is NO dogs from April 1 through September 30.
