This listing is a dishonest scam. The washer and dryer did not work. I was told two days before we left. Washers and dryers don’t break at the same time. I was told we would get a refund of the very necessary “ amenity” in the beginning. She never gave a direct answer. I asked, again the day we left; she said she would confirm the next day. She didn’t. I’ve contacted her twice today and she has now ghosted me. There was a mountain of trash(picture), stinking dirty used wet mop heads in a bucket in one of my elderly aunts bedroom closet(picture). The pool and jacuzzi was filthy, I do t think the outside banisters will be up for long, the fences were broken. Dilapidated is a word I’d use for the outside upkeep. We drove to the laundry mat multiple times, since it’s a family sized house for families, and spent many hours of our vacation washing clothes. I’ve never felt so shamelessly ripped off. Check out the cobwebs on the light fixtures and see if they’re still there. I’ll leave pictures. The person took a tone when I asked if they had another similar property. She gave me the, “AS I SAID” attitude about compensating for the missing “amenities”. She didn’t and stopped communicating. A washer and dryer for a family that big is not an amenity. It’s a necessity. Surprised there was even a water heater or running water for that matter. I’ve never left a negative scathing review before. I really hope the next people that stay there have better luck
