Relax in luxury at Seaside Vista! You can't get any closer to the ocean than here. This completely renovated, two-bedroom, two-bathroom top floor condominium sleeps eight. Feel the stress disappear with unlimited ocean views from both the living room and master bedroom. Watch the dolphins frolic from the extended oceanside balcony while you sip your morning coffee.

Our guests love Seaside Vista! We strive to make our condo one our guests will love, and ask them to make any suggestions for added conveniences. Every detail at Seaside Vista has been designed to make YOU, our guests, feel comfortable and pampered. From the all-new paint, furniture and appliances to a fully-furnished kitchen to the reserved parking area with a lockable storage area under the building, you will not be disappointed.

You will have free use of all of the Ocean Dunes amenities including 3 outdoor pools, an indoor pool and spa, sauna, fitness center, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard and a playground for the children. Even better, the recreation center is directly across the street from Seaside Vista.

All this is just 1.5 miles from the Kure Beach Fishing Pier, and 1 mile from Fort Fisher and the NC aquarium. Historic Downtown Wilmington is a 30-minute drive and Southport is a short ferry crossing away.

Amazing view and perfect location for a quick getaway. The condo had "must have" essentials stocked and ready for use (think toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, etc ) as well as beach items (buckets, sand toys, and beach chairs) located downstairs so you didn't have to lug them up and down. It was clean and provided plenty of space for our family. Our hosts even sent us lists of local attractions, places to eat, and places to shop. We will definitely be booking again in the future. Thank you!

Nice location, overall condition of the property was not great. One big problem was we could barely get the sliding glass door open to go out on the deck. Furniture was old and not in good shape, dirty. Beds were good. Not enough flatware for more than one meal. Still, not too bad for the money if your not too particular.

Enjoyed my stay in Kure Beach.Ft Fisher park was nice, enjoyed my walks. The recreation center is a little dated, the exercise room was small and gets overcrowded with more than a couple people. The living room furniture in the unit is old and worn. Unfortunately the beach in front of the unit is almost gone due to severe beach erosion. The hosts were very responsive and easy to work with.

Relaxing stay

This property was excellent. Everything was so clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in and cook when we didn't want to go out. Bath towels and wash clothes provided as well as dish and hand soap. We were right on the beach and the deck was so inviting with room to eat and relax outside

Perfect vacation getaway

We had a great time on Kure Beach! Place was clean and had everything we needed plus that view!!! Can’t beat that. Communication was great. Beds were very comfortable. We loved our morning walks down the beach toward the pier watching the sunrise! Stopping at Happy Hippies Java Hut for coffee then sitting on the swings that are on the board walk and walking the pier.. It was so nice! Thank you for this perfect place for us to stay!! We hope to come back again soon!

Peaceful Getaway

We all enjoyed our stay at Seaside Vista. It is RIGHT on the ocean and the view from the balcony is incredible. You do not need to leave the strip of road as there are SO many places to eat! It is very quiet and not crowded here at all.....very laid back. The condo itself has plenty of space and has been kept up well! I definitely want to return!

Cozy in Kure

Great location. Older building with very nice amenities inside the condo. We were disappointed that the downstairs neighbors smoked a lot but not something our owner could control - they were wonderful. Very comfortable furniture. Clean, convenient and very, very cute!

Perfect location, can see the coquina rocks during low tide from the balcony. Comfortable beds and lots of seating and space for family. Plenty of supplies provided. Host very attentive. Thanks for a great stay!

Great condo and location for families with kids

Our family of 4 (two boys ages 6 and 10) stayed here for 3 nights over winter break. The oceanfront condo and furnishings were the perfect spot us. The beds and mattresses were very comfortable, not squeaky and cheap. The bath towels were plush, not the thin/rough kind that you often get at beach rentals. And nothing beats enjoying the sunrise on quality adirondack chairs. This was our first time staying at Ocean Dunes, which is a decent sized condominium. It was a pleasant surprise to find out that this condo is directly across the street from the recreation center with a heated indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness facility, and playground. The beach access was also right there. The hosts were extremely communicative leading up to our trip and throughout the entire stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we visit Kure Beach.

Beautiful Stay!

Lovely property! You definitely cannot get any closer to the water. Laying in bed at night it looks like you are on a cruise ship, so relaxing! The hosts were great at communicating with me,espically when we were under a tropical storm warning and I was concerned about where to park vehicles and if we needed to leave or not. We loved this property and hopefully can return next year!

Amazing view!

Great trip to Kure Beach! View from the balcony is amazing. Condo is as advertised in the photos and description. I’ve never had such a short walk to the beach. Having private, covered parking was a real added bonus. Only utilized two of the pools…the outdoor one by the rec center and the indoor pool in the rec center. Both were clean, have enough seating and were an easy walk from the condo. Communication with the owner was stellar. Not only quick to respond but very proactive as well. Great family trip!
