“酒店有專車在巴士車站接送來回，對於有行李的旅客非常方便。房間很乾淨和新，空間亦很大，很舒服的住上。酒店內有私人風呂，只是2200 日元，可以預約獨立浸溫泉。早餐環境和食物都不錯，而且價錢很合理。”

“We love staying at historic hotel. Best feature of Natalya is it's on-site onsen which is convienently accessible for hotel guests. Dining was great but they need more staff training for international guests. Checkout was a bit chaotic and inefficient with guests sitting around in the lobby waiting for the turn to be checked out (two staff at reception, and only one was doing all the checkouts). Otherwise, the hotel is convienently located close to town center and walking distance to the bus...

“湯畑の目の前のロケーションは、便利で素晴らしい光景でした。 大正ロマンを感じさせる館内は、とても感じがよく、歴史を感じることが出来ました。 宿泊客が多い事から、時間制限のある夕食と朝食は、ゆっくりとする事が出来ず、スタッフの方々は、片付けを始めてしまっていた中で、少し急がざる終えない状況になったのは、少し残念でした。 しかし、清潔で温泉を心行くまで満喫できたので、よかったです。”

“駐車場との間を、シャトルバスを使わないとだめだが、湯畑に近いし、西の河原露天風呂までも、歩いて行けて、便利なところだ。 スタッフもみんな親切だった。 お風呂は昔のままなのかも知れないが、もう少し広いと良かった。”

“One of the best hotel in Kusatsu according to me. In the center of Kusatsu, near to everything. Service was perfect and hotel was 100% clean. Staff team was kind, respectful etc. Little negative point, there is no bathroom in some rooms (or in every room ?)”
