“We had a great 3 day stay at the hotel, found a great offer online. The rooms were nice, the pool area perfect, not crowded at all.
The staff wasn't very polite though, not going the extra mile to help,they were a bit bothered by having us there. In the morning, at 7, the staff who was cleaning the pool area, every day, was screaming to one another, waking us up several times. They continued like this the whole day, instead of walking around looking for a colleague, they screamed across the pool...

“Nice hotel, i had a small room on the 2nd floor and the desk clerk kindly carried my suitcase up the stairs (no elevator). Very clean, super-comfortable bed, and a balcony w two chairs. The bathroom was tiny but served its purpose. My Saturday 8am shower was not very hot, but Sunday and Monday the hot water was better, so i guess it was due to the number of weekend guests. “We enjoyed 2 very comfortable nights in a plush 18th floor double room with an amazing ocean view in this brand new luxury hotel. Service was excellent. We were resting up from an 18 day tour of Lima and the Sacred Valley, so spent the entire day in the room enjoying the view and comfort. We did venture to the Clubhouse where there was excellent service, but we were disappointed by the limited, and not very good food offerings, but enjoyed unlimited access to Coke Zeros. “Beautiful hotel but very old with a constant smell of humidity and fungus!
In the old side as well as the remodelled side by the english bar and restaurant.
The sheets were humid almost wet all the time.
Very dissapointing for a 5 star hotel. The service was excellent!!!!
I cannot recommend the hotel to stay but I do recommend the food and to see it Only!!!”

"Hotellet är sliten och har sett sina bästa år. Vi incheckning fick vi byta rum 3 gånger på grund av olika fel, säkerhets boxen trasig, ventilationen lät för mycket och luftkonditioneringen ur funktion. Städningen tog lång tid, vi lämnade rummet tidigt på morgonen men fick ändå vänta till efter kl 14 för att få rummet gjord. Personalen trevlig. God frukost buffé med mycket variation. Det bästa är läget."
