“Be very careful with the extra charges here. They require a 30€ cash fee if you check in after 20:00. For the
deposit, you’re asked to use a third-party app that adds an extra 3.5€ fee. I asked for these charges to be included in my invoice during the check-in and followed up three more times over the next two weeks after leaving, but never received a reply.
Communication is also poor. They insist on using WhatsApp only instead of the official booking platform (Hotels.com in my case). After...

“The private bathroom was so big and so was the rest of the space. The A/C worked great and the room was so comfortable with private amenities. There were many security gates and I felt very safe there. Flavia was so lovely and helpful with the language barrier and setting up taxis. I would stay here if I travel to Rome again.”
