Härlig pool på taket med utsikt över havet där det var skönt att njuta av stillheten efter att ha vart ute i Kutas puls och oväsen.

Väldigt trevligt hotell

Jättebra läge precis vid stranden. Hotellets terass är riktigt härlig och personalen trevlig. Wi-fi i rummen fungerade felfritt.

Stadskänsla vid en turistort
Helt ok som ligger mittemot stranden. Det sämre var att det inte fanns någon balkong på deras vanliga rum samt att integriteten på toalett och dusch var obefintlig då det var glasdörrar som dessutom inte gick att stänga.

Bekväma sängar, rent och fräscht
Vill man bo bekvämt, fräscht men inte känna så mycket av Bali så ska man välja detta hotellet. Allt är egentligen helt perfekt men för mig var det för mycket västerlandet. Hittade mer passande hotell för mina behov under min korta vistelse i Kuta. Frukosten var outstanding, personalen fantastisk, rummet fräscht, rent och med sköna sängar.

Due to environmental policies they don’t actually clean the rooms with bleach or sterilise anything so my perception is the room was dirty. I only ate at the hotel and got Bali belly every time I ate, which became obvious that non sterile policy existed in the kitchen as well. It doesn’t matter how well I clean my hands if no one else does. A vacuum might work to pickup dust if you actually used it! I did see a vacuum in the hallway.. never saw it used in the room, and I did stay in to observe how the room was cleaned. The staff were made aware of room issues like toilet running constantly and still it was not rectified. If you can’t drink the water from the tap how can you hope to clean yourself without re contamination? All in all the view was spectacular.. can’t say the same for Bali belly

Lack of information from hotel and Expedia on a major holiday. I was dead bolted in the hotel with 500 guests for 24 hours. That would be a crime in my country. Was only told the stores would be closed never told I would be locked up as a criminal

Checkin was easy. There’s a nice coffee area if arriving early. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The room has a bar fridge. There’s a store at the base of the hotel. It is across from the beach and close to the mall plus there are many small shops and vendors close by. The breakfast buffet has many options to suit different tastes. The omelets to order were delicious.

Hotel was fine, had a nice swimming pool, the neighborhood was typical with lots of people trying to sell you something, and constantly asking where you’re from, how old are you, annoying, but that is not the hotel’s fault. There is a Starbucks next to the property.

Great hotel, great location, great staffs. Hotel condition is average, however in and out by taxi is horrible, we came back from a excursion and when get to the Kuta area is bumper to bumper , it took us 1/2 hr to move to 1 mile

Close to beach Good for family A bit old property but compensated by friendly staff( thank to Nita Oda and Seini who helped in the breakfast to get masala tea and hot milk for our toddler) Worth the stay

was great as expected in the middle of kuta shower could have had a good clean hotel great just on the older side staff were fantastic ask and its done staff were tops

very horrible hotel. the perfect picture on their page is a malicious deception. The location is ghetto, the rooms are horrible and smell nasty. We had to ran out of the hotel next day..
