Relax in this 34 m² planed log terraced apartment on the shore of Lake Ihtinkijärvi in the Ihtinki area of Kuusamo. Built in 1989, it offers traditional log-built character together with a private electric sauna and a fireplace, and suits couples, families and small groups of up to 4 guests. Guests also enjoy shared use of a pier, two boats and a lean-to barbecue hut right by the lake.

The living space is distributed across the ground floor and a loft.

Living room & Kitchen: The ground floor is a combined living room and kitchenette with a fireplace, a television and an easy-to-use sofa bed. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster and microwave.

Loft: The loft holds two box spring beds with mattress toppers, giving the apartment sleeping space for 4 guests in total.

Bathroom & Sauna: The bathroom has an indoor toilet and a shower, and is connected to a private electric sauna for unwinding at the end of the day.

Other equipment: A drying cabinet for clothes, ironing equipment, a vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment are provided.

Outdoor area: A pier, two boats and a lean-to shelter with a barbecue hut on the shore of Lake Ihtinkijärvi are shared with the other properties. Parking is available on site, including a car heating plug.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed. During the high season, the changeover day for weekly rentals is Sunday.

Please note that final cleaning and bed linens are not included in the rental price, but can be purchased separately from the host.
