Nyborg Hytte is a charming and comfortable vacation home in Vrådal, within walking distance of the water and offering views of the lake and a quaint little bridge. It’s a place where peace, nature, and comfort come together. Nyborg Hytte is ideal for a stay with family or friends.

The Space:
The house accommodates up to 8 people and offers plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors. With a private terrace, multiple seating areas, and a separate sauna cabin, there’s always a nice spot to gather together.

Layout & bedrooms
The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Bedrooms
Three bedrooms are on the ground floor, and one bedroom is on the first floor.
- Two bedrooms with a double bed (180x200) (groundfloor)
- One bedroom with a double bed (180x210) (first floor)
- One bedroom with bunk bed (ground floor)

Bathrooms
The bathrooms are modernly furnished. Both bathrooms are located downstairs.
- A bathroom has a shower, a bathtub, sink, and a toilet
- The other bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet.

Living Area & Kitchen
The open living area is bright and comfortably furnished, with a cozy sitting area and a fireplace for colder days. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for both simple meals and elaborate dinners. You have access to a stovetop with an integrated range hood, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, and various small appliances such as a hand blender, kettle, and toaster. For coffee, there is both a Nespresso machine and a drip coffee maker. In addition, there is plenty of tableware and cookware available, including serving dishes and baking dishes. The kitchen is ideal for long evenings of dining.

The Neighborhood:
For active vacationers, there is plenty to do in the area around Vrådal. In the winter, you can go skiing at the nearby ski resort (about a 10-minute drive away), while summer is perfect for hiking, biking, golfing, and water sports.The house is situated in a quiet, natural setting, right on the water. It’s ideal for swimming, relaxing, or simply enjoying the view. A supermarket and a few restaurants are about a 5-minute drive away, so everything you need is within easy reach.

Getting Around:
Accessibility
There are several airports near Vrådal, where the cabin is located. Once you arrive at the airport, you can easily rent a car for the drive to the house. Depending on your flight, you can choose from the following options:

Via Oslo Airport (OSL)
Approximately 3 hours drive.

Via Sandefjord Airport (TRF).
Approximately 2.5 hours drive.

Via Kristiansand Airport (KRS)
Approximately 2.5 hours drive.

Other Things to Note:
- Student groups are not permitted. The minimum age is 25.
- Snow chains are required during the winter months.
- Pets are not allowed on the couch or on the beds.
