âNice staff! Quaint fishing village. Restaurant next door open for dinner and the food was great! but if you want breakfast you need to order the night before. Not ideal if you are not aware and are catching the water taxi first thing without an other options near by! â
âThe architecture and grounds at Ocean and Maia are spectacular. The local area is pretty quiet, but Cat Tien town is only 20 minutes walk along the beach, and there are good local seafood restaurants there. Food options at the resort are limited and expensiveâ
âAmazing hotel. Everything is new, clean, and functions well. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. The location is great, itâs a short walk to the beach and the area isnât too crowded. Lots of food options within walking distance but if itâs too hot for you everything is an also a short grab ride away. Highly recommended for locals and foreigners.â

The resort feels secluded and it looks like the expansion portion is half done, but we had a good stay! Some parts of the resort is a bit worn, but the villa was beautiful and HUGE. Plenty of room for everyone. The golf course view from the villa had an ocean view as well. We swam and rented...
