Ingen Hotell men en Hostel med 2 stjärnor kanske!!
Checkad in kl. 13.00 den 20 augusti 2015 för 1 natt eventuell fler nätter. Sämsta hotell och servicen jag har upplevt. Varit på många hotell runt om i världen men denna hotell aldrig mer. Första intrycket, receptionen är ointresserad att ta hand om incheckningen, väldigt inkompetent receptionist och totalt ointresserad att välkomna och ta hand om sina gäster. Rummet kunde inte öppnas med kortläsare då ringde jag receptionen som kom och öppnade med nyckel då kortläsaren var ur funktion. undrade om de kan fixa till det svaret var nej! Jag betalde och checkade ut så snabbt jag återhämtade mig efter lång resa vid 15.00. Det här är ingen hotell, det här stället bör vara en Hostel med 2 stjärnor.

The hotel was clean and rooms clean staff could do with speaking a little better English and being able to make tea or coffee in your room would be nice instead of having to come down to reception every time you wanted a drink then take it back to your room

the staff was very helpful when i asked anything the hotel was very clean the only thing was the bed it waa a bit to hard fir me abd unlike other hotels i have stayed at in kiev this ond had one posative for me there was no prostitution which was a bonus will definitely stay here again

A nice and clean place with good service
This is a hotel in a quiet living quarter of Kiev, not too close to a metro station, but still well connected to two of them (from different lines) by a bunch of trolleybus, bus and minibus lines, all having a stop less than 200 meters from the hotel building. The hotel is near a big boulevard, so it's not really a very quiet place, but if you are ready to sacrifice the open windows and choose to use the air conditioning instead, the quality of the windows is so good that you are getting an almost perfectly quiet environment. The wifi quality is good, the quality of the breakfast offered is not bad for the price either, even though in absolute terms I wouldn't say wow about it, cleanliness is great, service is OK. Overall - a 4/5 is well deserved for the price. Of course, I would prefer a centrally located hotel from a popular international chain, but their prices are times higher. Way over what I would expect having in mind the living standard of Ukraine.

It’s dirty! Reception is sleeping past 12 am, HOTEL DOORS ARE CLOSED AFTER 12 am. Location is the worst and nothing around it. You will spend more on taxi, I suggest reserving a better hotel. We ended up checking out early and reserved a better hotel. Terrible service!

Irritated (again)
This is the third or forth time I have stayed at this hotel and I will not do so again. Despite repeated requests for a room away from the road, much to my irritation, the road room it was. The traffic on this road is horrendous and there is no chance of getting any kind of sleep.

OK for one night, not the best part of town
Usual problems of a decent-looking-on-photos non-chain hotel for suspiciously low price in this part of the world. Photos are better than the property in reality, in fact you get a relatively new hotel in a part of town you wouldn't otherwise want to be, nice design ideas but very cheap materials, not too comfortable beds - beware instead of a proper double in most cases you'll get two single with sensible gap in between. Otherwise nothing to point out. OK for one night but mind the further it gets the less maintained it will be.

Totally bad services from the hotel employees! That even dont know what is around hotel, streets,etc..when i call them and asked for the taxi from the city center to the hotel, they forgott on me, and not even call the taxi,is that normal? Once i came to hotel and my room door was opened, really?? what is this?I understand that they cleaned room but they should again close the door omg! And i didnt received from them invoice about the paying!

So so hotel
Actually I didn't see the hotel as a 4* hotel !!? You don't have a buffet included breakfast! The location is not close to city center and is not good for who is visiting kiev for first time . A very very bad wifi internet that disconnects all the time and all you know that a good internet is so obvious for a 4* !! Hotel. My room view and decoration and cleanness was great. Hotel personel reciptions are great and you can use their hints...

Review from London! Definitely would recommend!
I booked the Deluxe Penthouse, beautiful penthouse, better than I expected! really made me feel comfortable and the view was amazing in the terrace! The room was very clean, two toilets in excellent condition! Staff were really friendly and available to assist! If you like your quiet space, away from the city noise and traffic then this is the ideal place to be! However the City Centre is only a 7-10 minute taxi drive so it is not a problem.

Paid for jacuzzi suite but jacuzzi didn't work and then when I asked to be reimbursed for it, hotel administration declined.
