Our hotel is a certified 4* boutique hotel, the amount of rooms we have is more common in European boutiques then one might know. We apologize if you got the wrong impression about the pre-authorisation process. Please let us explain. At the time of check-in hotel makes a pre-authorization on the guests credit card in case for extras (this procedure is performed by most hotels in the world), the amount is pre defined by the management. At time of check-out the hotel removes the blockage of the pre-authorisation (a copy of that transaction can be found in the envelope you have received attached to the invoice for your stay). When the release of the amount is performed, it depends on the Guests bank to return the amount to the client. Some banks return the funds within 3 days and some take 14 days. Let us assure you, your money is in your banks hands. We do hope you receive the funds as soon as possible. Hopefully you'll give us the chance to welcome you back. Best regards from Kyiv,

In our immediate area, you can find the Sophia Cathedral, the Golden Gates, the National Opera, Andreevsky Descent, Victory Park, Shevchenko Park and a wide choice of restaurants and bars. With the Golden Gate underground station around the corner you can indeed easily reach Kyiv’s major sights. Maintenance and cleanliness are our top priority which may indicate a renovation, but in fact the hotel is less then 10 years old and a renovation was not yet performed.
