Big issues with the warm water !
Even tho its quite known hotel and central , the badrums are in terrible condition aswell as the water temperature is so low undependently if its hot or cold. I was unable to take a relaxing shower !

You get what u pay for
In my case it the location of the hotel, can't be more central. Close to subway, shopping, restaurants. The hotel itself is worn down and needs a facelift. But I keep coming back.

Ett enkelt men bra, renligt pch trevligt hotell som ligger centralt men ändå enskilt så man kan va ifred när man går på utsidan.

Centralt hotell med fantastisk utsikt
Fantastiskt hotell med den bästa utsikt jag någonsin haft från ett hotell. Bodde på nionde våningen och hade toppenutsikt över Majdantorget. Ingenting alls att klaga på och bufféfrukosten var enormt bra. Så centralt man kan överhuvudtaget bo.

I Service delen fanns en rejäl plump och det var relationen med Taxi i anslutning till Hotellet. De rekommenderade en Taxi som var riktigt dålig, de försökte blåsa oss på priset och hävdade dessutom när det var dags att betala att de inte kunde växla så vi skulle vara tvungna att betala ett ännu högre pris. Detta lurendrejeri behöver de sluta förknippas med.

Kommer tillbaka
Det är ett stort hotell från forna Ryssland. Lite slitet, men de håller på och renoverar.Kanon service och mycket trevlig personal. Frukosten är helt ok. Promenad avstånd till allt.

Sovjet lever än
Ett hotell från Sovjettiden som fortfarande sätter sin prägel på personalen och i synnerhet receptionens chef Tatyana. Tog mig ett dygn att boka en resa till Tjernobyl som hotellet annonserade om, men inte visade någon större vilja att sälja. Fick en stor svit med två rum och två toaletter. Stor frukostbuffé med lite udda utbud. Tveksamt om hotellet lever upp till 4:a stjärnor och om det var prisvärt.

Very nice hotel!!
Very clean, spacious hotel with clean rooms. Excellent breakfast is served with a very good and ample choice to choose from. But WHY is it sooooo hard (impossible) for waiters to smile or at LEAST to have a happy face. Is it possible to hire smiling people???? You have so hard job to do and to work with to change this but it must be such a easy thing to do. And you know what, I guarantee you will see ENORMOUS results from your customers. If you mean serious business, deal with it IMMEDIATELY!!!!!! Don't just reply and say thank you, that you will deal with it and so on....DO IT!!!!
