“I have travelled with my family around the world and this would have to be our favorite Hotel so far. It doesn’t feel like a hotel, but rather an upscale serviced apartment. The room size is big and spacious and the location is absolutely fantastic with restaurants and transportation all around you. “This is listed as a 3 star hotel. It is not. It is the most luxurious hotel we’ve stayed at, including 5 star properties. The room was amazing. The location was perfect. Although everyone in Japan seems extraordinarily nice, the staff here beat even that standard. There was not one second of our time at this property that wasn’t perfect. 10/10. ”

The ryokan provided comfortable yukata for guests to wear including to breakfast and the kaiseki, hosted in a beautiful restaurant with views of the garden. “This was a charming little place very close to the river, restaurants and shopping and just a short walk to the subway. Check-in was easy, staff was nice and the rooms were well-designed, cozy and clean. The price was very reasonable and we would definitely return. ”
“This property is very close to Kodai-ji, which was very convenient. Also, the host washed, dried, and folded our laundry (a family of 5) while we were out seeing the sites. This was incredibly helpful. Another highlight of our stay was the wonderful welcome tea and tasty breakfast provided during our stay.
