“夏休み、田舎の祖父母の家に遊びにきた感じでした。 宿泊前にハウスルールが送られてくるのでその通りに行動したら良く、セルフチェックインで誰にも気を使うことなく過ごせました。 近所の公民館まで散歩して花火をしたり、夜遅くまで土間でおやつを食べながら話したりとても楽しかったです。 年季が入っている感じなのに清潔で快適でした。 人家の多いアットホームな場所なので、大丈夫かとは思いますが鍵が心許なく、一緒に泊まった友達は部屋に怖い人が入ってくる悪夢にうなされていました。 感受性の豊かな人はそこにちょっと怖さを感じるかもです。 私達もそうしましたが、防犯面に心配のある人は一軒借りるプランではないと安心できないと思います。 調理器具はありますが、凝った料理はできないので外で食べるか、お惣菜を買ってくるか、料金を払ってバーベキューか備え付けのカップ麺等を食べるかするとよいと思います。”

“Great property! Clean, comfortable, well-equipped kitchen. Only one bedroom (upstairs) has actual beds. The downstairs bedroom has Japanese style futons. The stairs to the second floor are circular and somewhat steep, a challenge for those with mobility limitations or heavy luggage. Lots of space indoors for kids to play, but none outside. “I cannot recommend the The Base House Kinosaki enough. There were 4 of us staying for 2 nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. The Host of the property was fantastic. He was gracious, courteous, incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond at all times. He was very easy to communicate with and responded to our emails and texts right away.
