“Our stay at Imperial Hotel Kyoto was excellent from start to finish. The service was outstanding— attentive and professional, with every detail taken care of. Our room was comfortable and immaculate. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the rooftop. It was such a wonderful space to relax, take in the views and enjoy the atmosphere of Kyoto. It was a nice touch to our visit. Overall, Imperial Hotel Kyoto was fantastic. From the beautiful surroundings and excellent service to the...

“Wonderful experience.”

“Staff was so helpful! Location was perfect!”

“I didn't expect that it would be a whole house just for myself! The service was splendid, very polite and helpful. The house has everything you need, i.e. all the dishes. The interior is traditional and, very comfortable and nice.”

“Sowaka was amazing. Great location, beautiful hotel, incredible food, perfect staff! Do take the 5:45 am tour to Kiyomizu-dera with the incredibly knowledgeable hotel manager. A wonderful and unique experience without all the tourists around.”

“Otroligt fint hotell, stora rymliga rum och väldigt sköna sängar. ”

“A wonderful and truly authentic place that allows you to fully immerse yourself in Japanese culture and tradition. The real highlight, though, was the food. I came in with no expectations and was completely blown away by both dinner and breakfast. Dinner could easily pass for a Michelin-starred dining experience, and the yuzu porridge served at breakfast was so memorable that I’ll definitely try to recreate it at home. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!”

“Location!”

“Beautiful, clean, and spacious property with many traditional features and nice architectural details, close to bus stops and the underground; plus shops, cafes, and food available nearby. Host is very helpful and gave a clear explanation of how things worked, what services were available, and how to get in touch. Sake bath on offer is well worth a good soak after a long couple days on your feet exploring the area. Tatami-style mats and futons for the sleeping arrangements may sound a little...

“This hotel is amazing. The breakfast was really nice with a set menu plus buffé, real fresh honey and juices. The bed cover felt like clouds and the view from the bar and restaurant was perfect, looking over gion and the riverbank. It’s also a few meters from a cute ”old Kyoto street” narrow with restaurants and lanterns.”

“100”

“Perfekt läge, väldigt stilrena men mysiga rum.”

OBS. Finns massa bra butiker...
