This spacious and bright villa offers an ideal living space for family or friends vacations. From the entrance, you discover a large living room that opens onto a beautiful terrace with furniture for dining and relaxing outdoors for all your guests. In the living room there is a 55-inch television with satellite channels in French and English. The fully equipped American kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave) invites you to prepare delicious meals to share. You will also find a desk with screen, keyboard and laptop docking station, convenient for those who like to stay connected.



On the ground floor, two bedrooms are at your disposal: one with a king-size bed and closet, the other with two single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub with shower and a separate toilet complete this floor. You will also find a washing machine in the double garage, as well as a billiards table and a ping-pong table to entertain you.



Upstairs, two other bedrooms welcome you: one with bunk beds and another with a king-size bed. Each room offers a clear view of the garden and the heated private pool. A bathroom with a shower and toilet is also available on this floor.



The 1,000 m² garden has a south-facing orientation and is a true haven of peace. You can relax on the loungers, share a friendly meal around the barbecue, or enjoy the heated pool (May to September) in complete privacy.
