The 70m2 apartment is located in the privileged Roques Daurades urbanization in l'Ametlla de Mar facing the sea only 2km from the town center, 45km from Port Aventura and 22km from Reus Airport. It is located on the ground floor and has a large terrace with outdoor furniture and a private garden, as well as a multitude of community spaces such as a swimming pool for adults and children, paddle tennis and pickleball court, basketball court, children's playground and small supermarket. The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds, in addition to a sofa bed for one guest in the living room. You will find two full bathrooms with shower, equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, heating, a smart TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free apartment. At the check in you will be asked for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and the documentation. We don't accept groups under 25 years. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
