House of 130m2 located in the Calafat area of l'Ametlla de Mar only 1km from l'Almadrava beach, 25km from Port Aventura and 30km from Reus Airport. It is distributed on the ground floor with a large outdoor area equipped with a stone table, sofas, 9x5m private pool open all year round, children's area, hammocks for sunbathing and a built-in barbecue. There are four bedrooms which have 3 double beds and 1 bunk bed for two guests. It has 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, filter coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning in the 3 double bedrooms, TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, private parking area for 5 cars and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free property and pets are allowed with an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. Groups under 25 years of age are not accepted. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.
