Villa Laila is a stunning air conditioned Villa set in a very private, beautiful, Mediterranean garden. There is an 8*4mt swimming pool with a child safety fence and 6 sun loungers overlooking the pool. The pool and garden are immaculately maintained all year round. There is a stone built BBQ with all utensils for guests to enjoy and a table and chairs for summer dining under the shade of the Almond tree. The garden is very well set up so you can fully enjoy your time outside under the Spanish sun. There is a covered terrace at the entrance of the villa with seating, overlooking the gardens and pool. There is off road parking for one car and a lockable gate.

Villa Laila is located in a very peaceful area in a very quiet road, however it is also conveniently located and just a 2 minute walk from the small commercial centre where you will find a brand new SPAR supermarket, bakery, and some tapas restaurants. Also within a few minute walk is a fantastic family restaurant with a terrace overlooking a children’s' park and play area with a football pitch.

Inside the Villa you will find an open plan lounge and dining area with air conditioning. There is seating for 6 people and a DVD player. There are also many books and games for guests use and also free WIFI Internet available. There is also an interior dining table for 6 people.

The kitchen is independent and fully fitted with all mod cons and utensils. There is a dishwasher, hob, oven, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and all cooking and serving utensils. There is also a washing machine for guests use.

There are 3 bedrooms in the villa which are all served by an air conditioning unit in the hall. The first bedroom is a double bedroom with double bed and a large wardrobe and drawers. This bedroom has views of the swimming pool.
The second bedroom is a double bedroom with wardrobe and draws and also has views of the swimming pool.
The third bedroom is also a twin and has very large built in wardrobes and has room for a camp bed for an extra person if required.

There are 2 bathrooms in the villa. The first is a complete bathroom with bath, shower attachment, bidet, sink and WC. It is a spacious bathroom perfect for a family.

The second bathroom is a shower room consisting of shower sink and WC.

The villa is very well equipped and has everything you require to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
