It will only take you 5 minutes to get to any of the three beautiful sandy beaches that give their name to the urbanisation and where you can enjoy many different water activities. You can also enjoy the traditional fishing village of l'Ametlla de Mar located only 4km away, with beautiful views of the harbour and good gastronomy.

Villa Flamingo enjoys a garden with a private swimming pool, sunbathing area with table and chairs to enjoy a delicious meal in the garden. There is also enough space to park your car in front of the house.
The house consists of 3 double bedrooms. In all three bedrooms there are wardrobes and one of the bedrooms has its own bathroom and terrace. There is also a complete bathroom with bathtub. Kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking utensils such as paellas and pots. Living-dining room with television. At 4km there is a Mercadona supermarket at the entrance of the village of l'Ametlla de Mar, where you will also find many other services and good restaurants. The famous Balfegó red tuna is very well known.
