âThe hotel service was exceptional from the time we pulled up to valet. Everyone was prompt, kind, and helpful. We have stayed at many hotels on the Riverwalk. This is the first time we didn't hear street noise all night. The only disappointment was with the dine-in service. The breakfast was not good. Dinner at Ostra was amazing.â
âThis was our 3rd stay at this property on a family vacation to San Antonio. It is very clean and so quiet! Our room had 10 windows so plenty of views. The breakfast in the morning is a huge bonus along w the evening snacks. Highly recommend!â

âThe place is beautiful on the inside. I loved everything about it. We enjoyed our stay. Only issue we had was in one bed there were ants in the bed the first few nights in which we got bitten a few times and woke up and killed them. Aside from that, our stay was very enjoyable and the condo is beautiful. â
âI had a relaxing time during my stay. Room was huge, with a comfortable bed. The hotel was close to lots of attractions and dining options.
I would definitely stay here again â
âLove the property location and the rooms were great. I didnât really care for the parking situation where itâs $65 for valet or $40 with no in or out privileges. Also I was charged extra taxes and âamenity feesâ. The hotel gives you an $18 credit to use at one of their bars or restaurants to help make up for it however if you donât go to one then you lose out on that fee.â
âWe just visited the Hyatt Regency SA Riverwalk and it was great. We traveled with our two children and the location was very convenient. It was right on the Riverwalk with easy access to all the restaurants. A quick drive to other locations we visited and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommend staying here. â
âThe room layout is beautiful the staff is willing to help with what needs you have and parking is no hassle at all you can do it your self or pay for valet itâs all up to you. I parked right across the street from the hotel which walking across wasnât to bad at all itâs a fun environment for the family and the food is great the bar has a great selection of drinks and bar tenders are. Wry knowledgeable with there drinks â
