On one level, the house opens onto a large living room adorned with beautiful white beams and a decorative fireplace, bringing an undeniable charm to the room. On one side, the dining room invites you to share good meals, while on the other, a large sofa and an armchair await you for moments of relaxation. The living room is equipped with a television, perfect for watching a good film or following sporting events.



In the independent kitchen, you will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and a ceramic hob to prepare good meals. A dishwasher is also at your disposal to make your life easier. For breakfast, a kettle, a toaster and a Nespresso pod coffee maker will help you start the day well.



On the night side, the house offers 4 bedrooms. The first is a master suite with a Queen size bed (160 x 200) and a private bathroom, located in the outbuilding (requiring going outside the house to access it). The second and third bedrooms also have a Queen size bed. The fourth bedroom, more intended for children, is equipped with a single mezzanine bed, thus freeing up a beautiful floor space for playing.
