This spacious villa is located just 210 meters from the beaches of Empúries, from the fine sand beaches surrounded by a pine forest. A perfect place to disconnect from the noise and stress of the big city! On the other hand, all services are also very close: supermarket at 700 meters, restaurant at 350 meters, Hotel Empúries spa at 350 meters, the old town of L’Escala is at 1.3km). The walk from Sant Marti de Empuries to L’Escala is over 2km long and is perfect for lovers of nature, breathtaking views, hiking or cycling.
The villa is tastefully decorated and charming, it is 125m2 and has 4 bedrooms. The house is divided into two parts, on one side there is a large, well-equipped kitchen with a very spacious and bright living-dining room with direct access to the terrace and the 6.40m x 3.40m pool. It also has a double bedroom suite with a bathroom with a bathtub. In the other part of the house, there are two double bedrooms and two bedrooms for 2 people each. One double room and the two single rooms have direct access to the pool and are totally separated from the rest of the house. There is also a bathroom with a shower.
In total the villa has capacity for 8 people: 2 double beds (180cm and 160cm), 4 single beds of 90cm each.
There is also space within the plot to park 2 or 3 cars.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.
Mandatory services: City tax 1€/guest/night (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
