For those who love diving, where you can enjoy dives for all levels and different points of interest in the area such as Illa Mateua.
For those looking for the combination of Sea and Mountain, Hiking routes labeled as GR 92.

It is a spacious and very well equipped house.



Parking: It has 1 parking space in the same area as the house.

The house is a Duplex, distributed over 3 floors. It has a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms

Floor 0. The pool and shared garden. Access to the parking space for 1 car.

1st Floor:



Living room and kitchen, 1 bathroom.

Lounge. It has a sofa with TV with international channels and access to the terrace with views of the pool. It has split type air conditioning.
Kitchen. Very well equipped for 8. It has an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and filter coffee maker. You have access to a round table and a larger table.
Bathroom. sink, W.C. and shower.
2nd Floor



Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 150cm bed suite with bathroom (W.C., bathtub, sink)
Bedroom 2: 1 Bunk bed with 2x90cm direct access to a small terrace

The house is located in Cala Montgó, just 2 minutes from the beach, and 8 minutes from Illa Mateua.

The combination that Cala Montgó offers is fantastic, you will have the Sea and the Mountain without leaving behind the views. All accessible on foot without the need for a car.

The nearest supermarket is in the same building, and a few steps away, there are a variety of restaurants and entertainment.

Additional information:

Communal swimming pool:normally available from June to October (except during occasional maintenance or improvement periods as required by the facility). Usage hours are approximately from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm. Please respect the schedule and the rules posted at the premises.



Parking:Private parking space available, for 1 car.

Pets: 1 Pet allowed, with prior notice to the agency. with supplement.

Wifi:Not available.

Air conditioning: Available, Split living-room and hallway. We request proper use.



Electric Car:Charging electric cars is NOT allowedin the accommodations. However, in l'Escala there are specific charging points available for your convenience.

Party and events:Please note that parties and events are not allowed in the accommodation.

Noise-free hours: 10 pm - 8 am Respect the quiet hours for the well-being of the neighbours.
