Hotell nära LWL Industriemuseum Henrichshütte Hattingen

“Inga klagomål, bara inte ett hotell jag kommer minnas eller komma tillbaka till om det finns andra.”

“Could not stay. The room was not cleaned. There were used towels hanging in the bathroom. The beds were unmade. There was garbage left behind from the previous renters on the table and in the bins. Asked them for help and they would not respond until hotels com contacted them. They then were to get our own sheets and change the bed ourselves. Very poor service!!! Read the specifics on the listing clearly. The pictures are very deceiving. They list on-site parking but there is none.”

“Det kändes rent och fräscht.”

“As temperatures continue to rise it would be nice to have air conditioning. Not the norm throughout Essen.”

“Väldigt rena och nya fina rum. Bra frukost och bra mat i restaurangen på kvällen. Fantastisk service från all personal vi träffade.”

“Alles bestens”

“The room was very nice, clean and modern. However the staff was not the friendliest. There was no AC in the room with 30 degrees outside, it took down the whole experience. Breakfast was ok. The parking was nice and close but limited space.”

“Nice, modern hotel close to the stadium”

“Det var rent och fräscht”

“Gymmet kunde ha varit bättre utrustat”

“Personalen var trevlig. Rummet rymligt, bekväm säng och bra AC. Frukosten var ok.”
