"Wonderful crew and facilities. We had an issue with TV at check in but registration desk crew went above and beyond to fix it as soon as the could. Very comfortable bed, we had everything we needed in the room, it is well designed and functional. Loved the fact that city tap water is drinkable and it actually tasted great! The pool, great room, theny have music in the hotel, you can walk to the poblado, close to provenza, close to take the tour in the church in poblado like 10 minutes. "I enjoyed the pool. The hot sauna worked. There was no hot water. The whirlpool next to the pool was cold. Other than that, the staff were spectacular and helping bringing taxis. "The place was clean, the staff most friendly, but it is a 3rd floor walk up.The room was tiny 10' x 10' at best. There is no air conditioning, only a fan. No television. The doors are very thin, be prepared to hear other guests at all hours. Only a bath towel is provided, toilet, sink and shower stall in the bathroom. There is no vanity to place your personal grooming items. Housekeeping is only provided every 4th day. This place is more like a hostel with private rooms than a guesthouse."

"I Constantly stay at this hotel. The staff makes me feel very welcomed, they are very attentive and most important,I know that I can trust them.
