âAs the first guests here we were blown away by the new suites and facilities. Beautiful rooms, spacious and have everything you would need, state of the art tech and interior design was lovely. The view over the marina and water was spectacular. The restaurant served beautiful food. We struggled with the language barrier a little. We need to polish up our Italian. There was a lovely cafe and bar we used in the daytime and evening for food and drinks. The

We enjoyed the location a lot, close to everything in Portovenere. The rooms are relatively simple.
Service was good and we appreciate the parking in the building below. Big plus when you are doing a roadtrip.â
âFantastic service, all personnel was SO nice and helpful. The view is amazing. The only thing to complain about is that the other guest put their towels on the few sunbeds early in the morning and then they didnât lay there. Maybe hard for the hotel to keep track on this buy maybe the lifeguard could remove towels after a while. The sunbeds were occupied with towels for the whole day and there were no one lying there. â

Itâs easy to communicate with Elisa prior to check-in. Sheâs very lovely! The room was very clean and it felt safe, You could hardly hear the traffic outside.
The hotel is located 5 minutes from the train station (walking) and it has a lot of different parking spots close by (we arrived by car and got a free parking spot a 10 minute walk away where we left the car for 4 days).
We got great recommendations, and were welcomed with wine.
