Perfectly located just 450 m from the large beach of La Baule, you can enjoy it at any time of day, whether for a morning stroll on the sand, a refreshing swim in the afternoon or an aperitif whilst admiring the sunset. Furthermore, if you wish to enjoy your meals outdoors, a furnished terrace awaits you, with access to the shared garden of the residence. For a moment of relaxation away from the salt water, you can also enjoy two communal swimming pools.

This apartment welcomes you into a pleasant living space, equipped with two sofas, a television and offering access to the terrace. You will also find an open-plan kitchen overlooking the living/dining room, fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, a dishwasher as well as all the crockery and utensils necessary for cooking. You will also have access to the bathroom with its hairdryer and the separate toilet.

Finally, two bedrooms await you: the first is equipped with a double bed (140x190), whilst the second has a bed (80/190) that can be transformed into a double bed thanks to the bed located underneath, thus offering additional sleeping space.



For greater comfort, a private parking space is available within the residence.

Recharging at La Baule… It's the major activity practised in this magnificent bay at the borders of Brittany and the Pays de la Loire. And it's done in multiple ways, depending on your wishes! Swimming and water activities (windsurfing, paddleboarding, surfing, kitesurfing…) then take place near the beach establishments and clubs. In a wetsuit or swimsuit, with family or solo, the pleasures of the ocean are yours to enjoy.
