In La Baule-Escoublac, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 125 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises an attractive living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 1,200 m² garden. Wi-Fi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A living room with a lounge area (sofas + TV), a dining area with TV and a fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen, including an American-style fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc., as well as a dining area.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 king-size bed (180×200)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2 : with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3 : with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 7x3m swimming pool (private, heated), open from mid-June to mid-September with furniture (deckchairs). Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions.
- A lovely 1,200 m² enclosed garden
- 2 terraces of 20 m² each with furniture to enjoy the fine weather and a gas barbecue
- Activities for children (trampoline, swing, sandpit, chalet, fishpond)
The house is ideally located in La Baule-Escoublac, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and water sports activities...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 4 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:

- Nearest airport : Nantes, Aérodrome la Baule

- Private areas are excluded from the rental with forbidden access (workshop, secondary garage, office) with continuous surveillance.
