We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of La Bresse, this charming flat of a surface of 55 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the ground floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², an open plan kitchen, two nice bedrooms, a shower room and a balcony of 36 m². We are waiting for you.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 2: two single beds.
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Outside :
- An L-shaped balcony of 36 m², facing South-East-South-West, with a view of the mountain and La Bresse, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a booster seat for children, a washing machine, a baby bed, a plancha, an ironing board and iron.

The flat is ideally located in La Bresse, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
La Bresse, located in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for summer and winter sports. The village has obtained the "Famille Plus Montagne" label. The Vosges offer a multitude of activities and leisure activities in summer and winter:

In summer :
- More than 250 km of marked trails and 200 km of mountain bike circuits, Lac des Corbeaux, Lispach, fishing for pike, carp, perch and trout...
- Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer sledging, trial...
- Visits: confectionery, clog making, Gérardmer (20 minutes away), villages and vineyards of Alsace (Colmar 1 hour away).

In winter :
- Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas including La Bresse-Hohneck (10 minutes drive from the flat), the largest area in the Vosges.
- Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs).
- Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic area: 50 km of runs for all levels, 40 km of snowshoeing circuits, international biathlon stadium, floodlit track, sledging slopes, ice rink.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the private parking of the flat, not numbered (1 vehicle).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- A winter shuttle to the ski slopes.
- Nearest train station: Remiremont station located 27 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Metz Nancy Lorraine airport located 1h56 by car.

Other remarks:
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner).
- Hand soap, toilet paper and washing-up liquid are available.
- The meter will be read on arrival and departure. In case of excessive consumption, a fixed amount will be charged.
