Accommodation:
For your vacation, we offer this charming air-conditioned villa, ideal for families or groups of friends.

On the ground floor, you will find a large, beautiful, bright living room with an open kitchen, all with direct access to the terrace and barbecue area.

Upstairs, you will find the four bedrooms as well as a shower room and bathroom.

The first bedroom, very bright thanks to its terrace, is equipped with a king-size bed (160 x 200 cm). We then have two additional bedrooms, each equipped with a single bed (both can be converted into a double bed (140 cm), ideal for children!

Just two steps from the first three bedrooms, you will find a very spacious shower room equipped with a double sink.

Finally, a third bedroom is available, featuring another king-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with a generously sized bathtub.

Outside, you'll find a large terrace equipped with several deckchairs, a table in a shaded area for dining, and a large swimming pool.
Don't worry, access to the pool is secured by a barrier!

Parking:
Two vehicles can be parked in a row in the garden.

Amenities:
An outdoor barbecue, microwave, refrigerator, large freezer, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker are available; sufficient crockery and kitchen utensils for 8 people are provided. There is also a washing machine.

The environment:
La Cadière d’Azur, located in the southwest of the Var region, very close to the Mediterranean, is a characterful hilltop Provençal village that has retained all its authenticity. Its panoramic view offers a glimpse of the lush countryside of the Plaine des Paluns under azure blue skies, with the Sainte Baume massif and the bay of St-Cyr-La Ciotat in the distance.

Housekeeping:
This is included in your reservation and a company will come after your departure.

Pets: Not allowed out of respect for the neighbors.

Deposit upon key collection:
A credit card imprint will be required at the agency reception.
The amount is equal to one week's rental.

- Single bed sheets: €80.
