“The hotel building is very beautiful as it is decorated with Talavera in a colonial style. It has elevator which was very helpful because with people on wheelchair. The people was very helpful and provided us all the attention to have a great stay in Puebla. Totally recommended! ”
“The staff was very friendly. Shoutout to Rosy and David, you guys were great people.
The property was very clean and had everything that is on the description. So nothing to complain on that.
The only thing that maybe can be improved is that the doors from the bathroom and the entrance were hard to close. Also a last suggestion is that you can put noise absorbing panels on the walls because we can hear everything from the others apartments.
