"We like this hotel and have been here before. It's convenient with parking underneath the lobby with direct access to the elevators. It seems however it is a little overdue for maintenance after 10 years in operation, the carpet in the corridors looked dirty and worn out and the bed should probably be renewed as well. Not quite 5 star standard on the maintenance of this otherwise great hotel."

"Hotel is wonderful! Nice and clean. Everything smells good. AC works wonderfully. Staff is so so nice! Nice pool, rooftop bar with the best views! Location is great. Only issue I had was cleaning ladies would just make the bed and not change the sheets, so I had to ask reception to have that arranged, but it was fixed day after, so I am happy. Felt very safe as a young solo traveller! The rooms/hallways are built in a way where everything is open and visible, so always felt safe walking to my room regardless of the hour. Hotel staff is service minded and they are fluent in English. The area around reminds me of quiet neighbourhoods in Napoli, vacant apartments seems like no one lives there, not so clean streets, smells, would not walk alone at dark. Good to know: Uber drivers are very nice, English speaking varies. Rest of the people know hardly any English, also overall seem to have a very nonchalant way. Seville is not at all food-allergy friendly, beware of that and prepare beforehand! "
