Gîte le rosier - Farm Cottage "la capelle"

In the heart of the La Piège and Lauragais hills, close to the Cathar castles and exceptional tourist sites (Canal du Midi, the city of Carcassonne…), between sea and mountains, Jean-Louis and Anny offer you this spacious cottage for 8 people, located on a quiet farm surrounded by plenty of green spaces.



You will enjoy a secure 9 x 5 m swimming pool, a barbecue area, a games room (free access to billiards, table football and table tennis), a playground with swing and slide, a pétanque court, a volleyball/badminton court, as well as free WiFi.



The cottage has two large living rooms on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, coffee maker, washing machine, iron and ironing board), a large lounge, a dining room with television, a utility room and a toilet.



Upstairs, you will find two bathrooms, a toilet and three spacious bedrooms: two with two double beds each, and one with two double beds and a large mezzanine bed.



Outside, a private terrace with garden furniture and awning is at your disposal.



Bed linen and towels are not provided, but can be offered for an additional fee.
