Charming detached holiday cottage in a peaceful setting (owners' home nearby), in the heart of Brière Regional Park, 5.5 km from a starred restaurant, 8 km from a golf course, 16 km from the beach, 18 km from La Baule and Guérande, and 47 km from Vannes.

Southwest-facing terrace and private, unenclosed 1,000 m² garden, with a shared, heated, covered pool (8 x 4 m, open from early April to late September).

Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living/dining room (quality 140 x 190 cm sofa bed) and separate toilet.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom (160 x 200 cm bed) and shower room with toilet.

Amenities included: Wi-Fi, cot and high chair, air conditioning in summer.

Included: bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating via a reversible air-source heat pump, electricity, household supplies and cooking condiments.



The cottage's bicycles are available to hire for an additional fee. Brière is a lovely area to explore by bike.
